Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients: 

6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 cups non-fat vanilla yogurt
12 (3 ounce) paper cups
12 wooden sticks




Directions: 
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, pour yogurt into thawed juice concentrate. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place cups on a baking sheet. Pour yogurt/juice mixture into paper cups.
  3. Cover the cups with a sheet of aluminum foil.
  4. Insert a stick for each popsicle by making a slit in the foil over the center of each cup.
  5. Freeze the popsicles until firm.
  6. Run warm water on the outside of the cup to loosen each popsicle from the cup.
