Vegetable and Creamy Dip



6 cups raw vegetables such as broccoli florets or cauliflower florets, carrot sticks, celery sticks, jicama, sliced bell pepper, sliced cucumber.
2 cups plain non-fat yogurt 
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons dried, minced onion
1 Table spoon dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon dill weed

  1. Wash all vegetables.
  2. Arrange vegetables on a plate.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, combine yogurt, pepper, garlic powder, dried onion, dried parsley, and dill. Mix until smooth.
  4. Chill dip in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables.
