Tex-Mex Vinaigrette

Ingredients: 

2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons mustard
½ teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste




Directions: 
  1. Place vinegar, mustard, and cumin in a bowl.
  2. Whisk in oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  5. Serve on garden salad.
