Sunshine Salad



1 bunch or 1 6-ounce bag fresh baby spinach, washed
1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
1 cup fresh berries, washed, such as blueberries, strawberries (sliced), blackberries, or raspberries
1 can Mandarin oranges, packed in 100% juice, drained
1/4 cup low-fat salad dressing

  1. Wash fresh fruits and veggies.
  2. In a large bowl, gently toss greens and fruit together.
  3. Add salad dressing and toss to combine.

Note:  Add cooked, diced chicken or turkey to make a fresh and fruity main dish salad.
