Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients: 

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (or quartered if large)
1 small lemon, sliced
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon dried thyme
1/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
 




Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 
  2. Wash and cut Brussels sprouts in half.
  3. Toss Brussels sprouts, lemon, garlic, oil, and thyme in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.
  5. Roast without stirring for about 20 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender.  
  6. Remove from oven and place into a serving dish.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
