Parmesan Tomatoes

Ingredients: 

cooking oil spray
4 medium ripe tomatoes, cut in half crosswise
¼ cup reduced fat Italian dressing
½ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons basil
2 teaspoons oregano




Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray baking pan with cooking oil spray.
  3. Place tomatoes, cut-side up, in pan.
  4. Pour the dressing evenly over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over tomatoes.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottoms of tomatoes are browned.
  7. Sprinkle with basil and oregano just before serving.
