Packed Pitas

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup cucumber, washed and sliced
1/4 green pepper, washed and sliced
1/4 red pepper, washed and sliced
¼ cup of low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1  whole wheat pita
1 Tablespoon of hummus
1 Tablespoon of low-fat ranch dressing




Directions: 
  1. Spread hummus on pita.
  2. Place cucumber slices, green pepper slices, red pepper slices, and cheese on pita.
  3. Roll pita and cut in half.
  4. Enjoy!
