Mexican Pinwheels



2 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons canned corn, rinsed and drained
2 Tablespoons canned, chopped green chilies, drained
½ onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons salsa
3 large whole wheat tortillas

  1. Mix cream cheese, corn, green chilies, onions, and salsa together.
  2. Spread mixture on tortillas and roll up tightly like a log, wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  4. Slice each tortilla log in 1-inch slices and serve.
