Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
1 box whole wheat pasta
1 (16 ounce) package of frozen, chopped, broccoli
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons flour
2 cups low-fat or non fat milk
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
- In a large pot, cook pasta, following the directions on the package.
- Add frozen broccoli to the same pot with the pasta to cook at the same time.
- Drain the pasta and broccoli and return to the pan.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and mix in flour, stirring with a fork or whisk until smooth.
- Add milk to butter and flour mixture a little at a time, stirring until smooth after each addition.
- Stir cheese into milk mixture, continuing to heat over medium heat. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Once cheese is melted, pour over cooked pasta and broccoli.
