Fruit and Dreamy Dip


1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 Tablespoon honey (or white or brown sugar)
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
1 cup fresh fruit, washed and sliced, such as apples, bananas, pears, kiwi, strawberries 

  1. Stir the yogurt, honey and cinnamon together.
  2. Chill before serving.
  3. Arrange fruit on a plate and serve with the dip.

Tip: Serve this recipe for a healthy dessert or an after school snack. Kids can help wash and arrange the fruit.
