Cream of Broccoli Soup



1 (10 ounce) package frozen, chopped broccoli
1 (8 ounce) can carrots or mixed vegetables, drained
1 (10 ounce) can fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of skim milk
¼ to ½ grated cheddar cheese

  1. In a sauce pan, prepare broccoli according to directions. Drain off water.
  2. Add carrots, cream of mushroom soup, and one can of milk to the broccoli.
  3. Stir over low heat until steaming hot and vegetables are cooked.
  4. Add cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
