Cabbage Tomato Soup

Ingredients: 

1 (10-12 ounce) bag of coleslaw mix
1 (14.5-ounce can) of Italian style stewed tomatoes
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper




Directions: 
  1. Combine coleslaw, tomatoes, salt, and pepper in a large sauce pan.
  2. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes until cabbage softens and flavors blend about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir often and serve hot.
