2 tablespoons grated low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
1 corn tortilla
2 tablespoons salsa




Directions: 
  1. Sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese over a corn tortilla.
  2. Fold tortilla in half and microwave for 20 seconds.
  3. Top with salsa.
