Breakfast Roll-Up

Ingredients: 

1 whole wheat tortilla
1 Tablespoon peanut butter or cream cheese
1 Tablespoon jelly




Directions: 
  1. Put a whole wheat tortilla on a plate.
  2. Spread peanut butter or low-fat cream cheese on it.
  3. Spread jelly on top of that.
  4. Roll the tortilla up and enjoy!
