I'd rather cook with me and my son and we have more time to bond together. I am a day care teacher and it just comes naturally to communicate with my child. It makes it more enjoyable, he loves it to.

My daughter Mercedes, is 13 now and is interested in learning how to cook. I am in the process of teaching her. As kids get older you can give them more responsibilies such as cooking.

My 8 year old son is a very picky eater and it's just me and him, so it is very hard to get some help in the kitchen
